timeline Update for EVV rollout



Current Timeline for ACES$ (Participant-Directed Option) EVV Rollout:

  • Early 2020:  ACES$ EVV Solution in Final Stages of development and approval (System Go-live) 
  • Spring 2020:  EVV Training for Self-Direction (DSWs, Participant/Employers, and CMs: Individuals will receive login information at time of training)
  • Late-Summer 2020:  EVV Available for Use (Individuals begin familiarizing themselves with the EVV solution and begin to transition to EVV use for time entry)

Announcement: WY EVV Stakeholder Events


ACES$ and the Wyoming Department of Health are hitting the road this September to get your feedback.  Join us!


ACES$ Financial Management Services is the payroll provider for the following Wyoming Home and Community Based waivers:
  •      Community Choices Waiver
  •      Comprehensive Waiver
  •     Supports Waiver

The Wyoming Department of Health (WDH) and ACES$ are hosting Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) regional stakeholder events for Case Managers, Participants, Employers and Direct Service Workers involved in the above mentioned programs.  

WDH and ACES$ will review:
  • What is EVV?
  • How will it affect stakeholders?
  • What is the EVV implementation timeline?
ACES$ will present, demonstrate, and gather feedback regarding our EVV solution and training materials. If you would like to attend an EVV stakeholder event, please see the schedule (attached).
